Einin
The Summer Mystery Shawl 2012 has been done for a couple of weeks now but here it is blocked and ends woven in.

Pattern: Einin by Renee Leverington
Yarn: 352 m / 385 yd of Garnstudio DROPS Lace in color #4434
Needle: 2.5 mm
Mods: used a much smaller needle (the pattern called for 3.75 mm), added 1 extra garter stitch to the edges (3 garter sts total at each end)
The shawl turned out quite nice in the end even though the clues were not that exciting. I don’t know whether it was my going down in needle size but the yardage requirements were highly overestimated. The pattern called for 875 yards – I used less than half of the specified amount.
