Floating

When Veera and Joji released their second collaborative collection Interpretations Vol. 2, there was one pattern that struck me as something I must knit immediately: Float. This is a cozy, striped pullover with a looong chimney collar. It’s worked from the knit side, then turned inside out to get the purl side in the front. And you don’t have to knit a single purl stitch!

  • On Ravelry: Floating

  • Pattern: Float by Veera Välimäki from Interpretations Vol. 2

  • Yarn: Berroco Ultra Alpaca Fine (50% wool, 30% nylon, 20% alpaca), 1188 m/1299 yd of Moonshadow (main color) and 265 m/290 yd of Berry Pie Mix (contrast color)

  • Needles: 3.5 mm

  • Mods: Added one extra decrease/increase in waist shaping and two extra decreases in sleeves
